She also loves to Stage® !  Selling houses at the best market rate helps all of us.  You can give your clients the “Gift of Staging” by buying them at gift certificate for a 90 minute consultation for $ 75.00. It’s a great listing tool!  They can then commission a detailed report to do the work themselves, or hire us to do it for them.  CCHSC contact with the home seller can be minimized if that is your desire, though not optimal for best results.  We aim to build an element of trust with all  Realtors® for a win-win outcome.
